Epistle to RiverStone June 18, 2026

Hello Church Family,

Last weekend I was able to gather with members of our annual conference as well as our mission partners from Thailand and Western Pacific. We had a great time of worship and prayer. I was reminded over and over how the Holy Spirit is working in the Global Methodist Church and guiding us all. Many of the things I have been preaching about were the same things being shared during annual conference. God is continuing to move in our churches and in the lives of the men and women who call themselves Global Methodist.

I am reminded of Ephesians 4:

Ephesians 4:1–6 (ESV)

4 I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3 eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call— 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

So many times it can be easy to only focus on what’s happening with our local congregation in Farmington, NM. We can forget that we have brothers and sisters all over the world who we are united with by the shed blood of Jesus Christ. We are connected to them and are called to work together to reach this world for Jesus Christ.

We are working to build a partnership with a church in Thailand as we learn and grow together across the ocean and languages. We will be in ministry together reaching people in our communities for Jesus.

How are you connecting with our brothers and sisters across our annual conference and around the world?

Yours in Christ,

Pastor Jeremy
