These Terms and Conditions apply to the RiverStone Church text messaging program ("the Program"). By opting in to receive text messages from RiverStone Church, you agree to these terms.

Program Description
RiverStone Church sends text messages to people who choose to receive them. Messages may include service times, event announcements and reminders, ministry and group updates, registration information, prayer requests, schedule changes, weather-related closures, and other church news and communications.

How to Opt In
You may opt in by texting a keyword to (505) 327-0363, by submitting your mobile number on a RiverStone Church form (online or paper) and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages, or by otherwise giving RiverStone Church your consent to receive texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of attending, joining, or participating in any RiverStone Church service, ministry, or event.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 5 text messages per month.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. RiverStone Church does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply according to your plan.

How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out. To rejoin, text START or JOIN to (505) 327-0363.

How to Get Help
For help, reply HELP to any message, call the church office at (505) 327-0363, or email staff@rs.church.

Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission to enroll. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian to receive messages.

Changes to Your Number
If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or contact the church office so we can remove it from our list.

Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Text Messaging Privacy Statement, available at rs.church/privacy-statement.

Changes to These Terms
RiverStone Church may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continuing to receive messages after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
